These hardware and software standards will change from time to time as technology evolves, but in general, we consider this the minimum baseline for new and existing clients.
Hardware:
Business-class Dell Optiplex or equivalent desktops, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, i5 or greater CPU, dual-display capable, under 5 years old. Ideally under manufacturer warranty.
Mac Environments: Under 5 years old, capable of receiving the latest OS X updates
Software:
Windows 10 Professional (until no longer supported by Microsoft in 2025) or Windows 11 Professional
